To be nominated, interested students need to submit the Letter of Approval (signed by Faculty Advisor and Head of Department) , passport copy and your official transcripts to oir4@wmail.iitm.ac.in and/or oir4.iitm@gmail.com .
All Applicants should submit the necessary documents to Concordia only through home universities.

Course Selection:
Students to list MINIMUM 8 courses on their application. Course codes and names are required and can be found in their on-line undergraduate and graduate course catalog. students should cross reference the courses they wish to take while at Concordia with the winter 2019 class schedules.
English Proficiency Requirement:
All students from non-English language institutions must have a valid (no older than 2 years) English proficiency proof that must be uploaded onto the online application. Applications can’t be processed without official proof of English language proficiency. Students must meet the English language proficiency requirements for direct admission, which can be found at the following website:

Restricted Course List
Please advise your students that there are certain course restrictions in certain departments and thus they should not list than on their application. Also note, that not all courses listed in the academic calendar may be available in any given term. Students must allow for course flexibility and thus we ask that all students list at least 8 courses that they would like to consider.

Health Insurance Requirement:
Immigration Quebec regulations require that all international students be covered by a health insurance plan that meets government standards, while studying in Quebec. In keeping with this government directive, Concordia University has negotiated a compulsory health and accident insurance plan with Blue Cross at a competitive cost that all Concordia international students must have.
